thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, it is convenient and fairly clean, has particularly good location in the heart of hanoi. location: the venue was just next door to transport to-and-from the airport, other tourist attractions in old quarter, and train street, beer street and the lake. i visited bbeer near the venue for a few drinks.

Had marvellous location to arrange the best cruise for Ha long bay, extremely close to Temple. Particularly nice breakfast with variety of hot/cold dishes.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of the old town and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, as it was close to all the major attractions. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning, with plenty of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. a wonderful stay!

Our 4 day stay was ok, good room on 3rd floor, the flexibility of the hotel staff for taking care of 3x movement of our luggage when we did some trips. Also the breakfast buffet with lots of choices (vietnamese/international) good.

When i just came and had no local money in hand, i changed some dollars on reception and the rate was 1:20 000. The same time i paid for the room in advance, the rate on the bill was 1:21 000. Not a big deal, but pretty strange to me. When i asked about ironing - was told, that they can iron my clothes. When i brought my shirt, i was offered to borrow an iron to do it by myself. 0_o

Conveniently located near the historic district, with spacious rooms and a helpful staff. The breakfast had a good variety and the hotel offered laundry services for an additional fee. Easily accessible to local attractions like the mosque and market.

I hightly recommend the hanoi luxor hotel, I stayed 02 nights in my holiday in Hanoi.The staff was amazing. they went above and beyond from the moment we arrived. The room was beautiful, clean, spacious. Customer service was attentif. it was great value.Location was good for walking around, near the Hoan Kiem Lake, shopping centre.I loved this hotel and will come back soon

Stay at Luxor hotel for 2 nights in November, if you are looking for 5 star or luxury hotel, this is not this hotel for you but you want decent, nice place to stay in centre of Hanoi old quarter with honest, helpful, friendly staff and great service all around then go to Hanoi Luxor hotel.we have the suite in 5th floor. This room have the private balcony with double glacing, jacuzzi bathub,computer in room, this room overlooked the street.The bed is very big, comfortable, good quality linen in bed, proper puvet.The room cleaned every day, room with fresh fruits, tea, coffee... avery day.The hot buffet breakfast was also good. The staff at this hotel well managed and willing to help and try the best for make my stay happy.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money. We were pleasantly surprised by the reasonable prices and the attention to detail throughout our stay. The location in the old quarter of Hanoi was perfect, with easy access to food, shopping, and the lake. The staff provided excellent service and were friendly and welcoming. The basic amenities in the rooms, including the clean and spacious layout and the balcony with a huge bed, made our stay comfortable. The breakfast included in our stay was served quickly and maintained a good standard, even with limited options.

At first i got a room whit the window against a elevatorschakt.They told me that you have to book a room whit a window.Strange.But the staff helped me whit a new room whit window.

The bathroom was also big and well-maintained. Although the breakfast options were limited, it was served quickly and to a good standard.

Pictures on website are not always reflective of the room you will be allocated. Staff try to sell their junk boat cruises. When a change of room was requested they did not help and we decided to check out early of our 4 day booking.

We came to hotel at midnight, great staff took me from the airport to hotel. So tired and asleep, they bring me welcome drink and bring my suitcase to the room. It is so clean and with fresh fruits, tea, cafe. We booked Halong Bay tour with them to go day after and tour very good. I recommend this hotel.
